We will gladly accept returns due to a quality issue or mistake, and issue a refund or store credit. Anything that has been purchased online can be returned to our warehouse. Within 30 days, orders may be returned, and we will issue a refund. To send the item back please contact us at email@example.com, and we will send you instructions on how to return the items.
If you have made a mistake purchasing a custom-made piece we will have to charge a 40% restocking fee as these items cannot be resold due to their custom nature. Please ensure you double-check any spelling before placing a custom order with us :)
